Support, Maintenance & Upgrades - Standing behind our systems


The support, maintenance and upgrades module is EMPRISE’s commitment to its clients and the solutions it provides. These services are highly customizable and can be tailored to the customer’s and/or system’s requirements. Examples include:

  • Daily remote support and monitoring via a highly secure virtual private network (VPN) connection between Emprise’s offices and the client’s site.
  • Scheduled periodic on-site visits by one of EMPRISE’s engineers to inspect the system’s health status and to plan for essential maintenance and/or upgrades to be carried out at a convenient time, if needed
  • On an ad-hoc basis when you need us.
  • A combination of two or more of the above.

Every system built by Emprise is accompanied by an optional support & maintenance package.
